            DANAU tiga warna Kelimutu salah satu pesona wisata di Pulau Flores, Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur ini memilki daya tarik luar biasa bagi siapa saja.

            Bersama dua teman, Beni dan Gusti, kami mengunjungi Kelimutu dan langsung dibuat kagum dengan pesona Kelimutu. Perjalanan menuju danau Tiga Warna lumayan jauh. Kami tiba di Maumere, Kabupaten Sikka, Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan mobil seawaan kami butuh waktu tiga jam mendaki pegunungan ke Kelimutu.

            Kondisi jalan yang tak terlalu bagus, memutar, melintasi jurang dan tebing menuju pegunungan Kelimutu. Kampung terdekat dengan kawah gunung Kelimutu adalah Moni. Kampung ini terletak di Desa Koanara, Kecamatan Wolowaru, Kabupaten Ende berjarak 13 kilometer dari danau Kelimutu. Dari Moni hanya butuh waktu sekitar 45 menit mencapai bibir Kelimutu. Bisa dibilang Moni adalah pintu gerbang menuju danau Kelimutu.

            Dari Moni inilah kami harus berjalan kaki melewati ratusan anak tangga yang jadi salah satu jalan menuju puncak danau Kelimutu. Lelah yang kami rasakan akhirnya terobati dengan pemandangan yang indah sepanjang jalan yang kami lalui. Di pinggir anak tangga yang berliku-liku dihiasi pepohonan rindang, udara sejuk terasa sepanjang perjalanan. Diimbuh kicauan burung yang bertebangan menemani kesunyian perjalanan.

            Di puncak gunung danau Kelimutu kami diam membisu melihat pesona luar biasa. Pesona yang tak mungkin bisa ditemukan dibelahan negeri ini. Bagaimana tidak, selain tiga danau yang menawarkan pesona keajaiban tiga warna berbeda, Kelimutu juga memiliki hutan mini, tempat dimana tumbuh berbagai jenis pohon yang sangat rindang dan indah. Hutan mini tersebut sudah dijadiakn sebagai Taman Nasional Kelimutu. Ada berbagai jenis flora yang merupakan ciri khas spesies endemik Kelimutu.

            Keindahan lain yang kami jumpai di danau Kelimutu adalah taman yang dekat dengan tepi danau yang memancarkan warna merah untuk melengakapi keindahan danau tiga warna tersebut.

            Taman ini dipenuhi tanaman bunga berwarna merah, berbagai jenis spesies yang sedang menari-nari di taman tersebut memberikan suaranya yang merdu sebagai salam selamat datang kepada pengunjung. Burung ini sering disebut burung jiwa, karena jarang muncul dan sulit untuk menemukannya. Suaranya yang khas adalah bagian yang selalu menyambut kedatangan pengunjung ke taman tersebut.

LAKE Flores is one of the three colors on the tourist charm of the island of Flores, Ende, East Nusa Tenggara has an extraordinary fascination for anyone.

Together with two friends, Greg and Gusti, we visited Flores and instantly be fascinated with the charm of Flores. The journey to the lake Three Colors pretty far. We arrived in Maumere, Sikka regency, East Nusa Tenggara, with our seawaan car took three hours to climb the mountains to Flores.

The road condition is not too good, turning, crossing ravines and cliffs towards the mountains Flores. Villages closest to the crater of Mount Kelimutu is Moni. The village is situated in the village of Koanara, District Wolowaru, Ende within 13 kilometers of the lake Flores. From Moni only took about 45 minutes reaches the lip Flores. Moni is arguably the gateway to the lake Flores.

From Moni here we had to walk past the hundreds of stairs so one way to the top of the lake Flores. Exhausted we finally feel relieved with the beautiful scenery along the way that we've been through. On the edge of stairs winding decorated shade trees, cool air feels along the way. Diimbuh bertebangan birds chirping silence accompany the trip.

At the top of the mountain we were silent lake Flores saw incredible charm. Charm that could not be found dibelahan this country. How not, in addition to the three lakes that offers the charm of a miracle three different colors, Flores also has a mini forest, where various species of trees grow very shady and beautiful. The mini forest already dijadiakn as Kelimutu National Park. There are many different types of flora that are characteristic of the species endemic Flores.

Another beauty that we encountered in the lake Flores is a park close to the edge of the lake that emits a red color to melengakapi beauty of the lake three colors.

The park is filled with red flowers, different types of species that were dancing in the park gives melodious voice as a welcome greeting to visitors. This bird is often called bird life, as it rarely appears and difficult to find. Distinctive voice is a part that is always welcomed visitors to the park.
